Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Master Card, or Cash. Sorry we do not accept personal checks. You also have the option to pay the driver on the scheduled day of the trip. Simply make your reservation and leave the payment fields blank.


Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We serve not only the entire Bay Area, but we also serve the entire nation! That's right, if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and want to travel any where in the USA, we will gladly take you there!


Q: Do you provide service on holidays?

A: Yes we do! We are here to serve you 24 hours a day year round. We work on all holidays’ day or night.


Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: Just click the link "Reservation" from the Main Menu. And we will get back to you in the same day and within the hour in most cases. You may also contact us anytime at 1-800-926-2764 for any questions or concerns regarding your reservation


Q: Do you have a Cancellation policy?

A: Yes we do. You will be charged for the full service of the cost of the trip should you not show up. To avoid this please call us or contact us via our contact form 24 hours before the scheduled trip. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.


Q: Where are all your rates?

A: Because our prices are constantly changing every day, we removed all of our rates. We offer competitive prices that you will not find at any other touring company. Contact us today for a quote! We will get back to you within the hour in most cases.


Q: What is your usual response time?

A: Our response time typically ranges from 30 to 60 minutes and in some cases a few hours.
